What we collect and why

Your email address, your first name if you give it, the skills you pick and your weekly training schedule.

We use this to build your program, to send it to you, to send you the 10-day email course, and to email you now and then afterwards. Some of the emails in the course invite you to book a free Fit Call with us. You can ignore that invitation, or unsubscribe at any time.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You give it by submitting the form and then confirming in the email we send you (double opt-in). We keep a record of that confirmation.

Who handles your data

Kit (our email provider - it stores your email address, your first name, your program choices and your email activity, and sends our emails) and Cloudflare (hosts this website). Both process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. Kit is based in the USA; transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or EU Standard Contractual Clauses. draft note: wording to confirm

Emails: what we can see

Our emails may tell us whether you opened them and which links you clicked. We use this to see which lessons are useful and to stop sending things nobody reads. draft note: keep only if true

Cookies and tracking

This website uses no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data. After you unsubscribe we stop emailing you. Ask us to delete your data and we do that too.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, get it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. Just email hi@softacroaaron.com. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, for example the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (HBDI), Wiesbaden.

How to unsubscribe or delete your data

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you are off the list. To have your data deleted, email hi@softacroaaron.com.
